Hulala Lakeside Lodge's Malachite Venue is a professionally designed, fully equipped facility with personal service to meet the needs of the most high-powered business meeting.  Hulala Lakeside Lodge will lend a personalised touch and a relaxed atmosphere to ensure that you have an enjoyable and successful conference.

The Malachite Room is designed to offer total flexibility for all types of conferences.  Furnishing is of a high standard and seating can be arranged according to specific requirements.

A 24-Hour Conference includes:

• Accommodation

• A three-course dinner

• Breakfast

• Malachite Room

• Mid-morning coffee / tea with biscuits or scones

• Lunch Buffet

• Afternoon coffee / tea with biscuits or scones

• Pens, notepads, cordials and mints

• Sundowner Cruise in late afternoon - 15 delegates per cruise

General Information:

There is no minimum requirement.  We are flexible with the set up of the Malachite Room in order to cater for your groups specific needs.

Furniture and Equipment:
The Malachite Room is fully equipped with the following presentation aids:

• Television & Video Machine. Overhead Projector

• Portable Screen

• Flipchart & Felt Pens

• Delegates Stationery

Any specialised equipment required is available at an additional charge.

Bar Services:
Please advise in advance your bar requirements:

• A Full Bar - includes the supply of a range of wines, beers, spirits & soft drinks for the main account

• A Semi Cash Bar - includes the supply of wines, beers & soft drinks only for the main account

• A Full Cash Bar
